A personal project creating a hypothetical publication that focuses on design and politics.
Since many design magazines tend to separate the design world from the broader political landscape, Event aims to bridge the gap of politics and design and connect design within a critical political framework.
Both a print and online journal, this particular issue is a special edition entitled Ode to Past and looks at prominent people, places, and movements that connected design with democratic principles.
The design is influenced by Swiss Design, as well as Walter Gropius' Bauhaus buildings. The Design process included wireframing, prototyping, and UX/UI.
